3. Understand theoretical approaches and improve sensation and attention.

Unit 4 Qualitative Research Methodology

1. Understand the qualitative paradigm of psychology and qualitative research.
2. Understand the features, purposes and application of various qualitative research methods.
3. Understand the concept of qualitative studies in relation to other studies.

Unit 5 Social and Cultural Psychology and Psychology of Human Development

1. Understand how a society develops, thinks and represents ideas.
2. Understand the types of self in social aspects and various applications of social cultural psychology.

Unit 6 Rehabilitation Psychology

1. Understand the pre-history and history of rehabilitation psychology.
2. Be able to convert theoretical knowledge into practical experiences in community rehabilitation settings.

• To study a Level 5 Extended Diploma in Psychologylearner must be aged of 16 and above.
